Turbo Jet Rooter – Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work:

• Turbo Jet Rooter Services agrees to provide plumbing services as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or work order.
  
• Any additional work not covered in the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges and must be approved by the client.

Pricing and Payment:

• The client agrees to pay Turbo Jet Rooter Services the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.
  
• Payment is due within [number] days of completion of the work.
• Late payments may be subject to a [percentage]% late fee.

Scheduling:

• Turbo Jet Rooter Services will make reasonable efforts to complete the work within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may affect the completion date, and Turbo Jet Rooter Services will not be held liable for such delays.

Warranty:

Changes and Cancellations:

• Changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties.

• Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the city where the work was done.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the city where the work was done.

Entire Agreement:

• This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
• By signing below, the parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
